EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new condition.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return an item for exchange, please contact me at richellecripe@gmail.com to receive approval for the exchange before shipping the piece back to me. After your exchange has been approved, please place the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the following address:

REFUNDS

Returns on general items are eligible for exchange only. Due to the personalized nature of commissions, no refunds or exchanges can be accepted.
